What makes Forest City Osteopathy Different?

Sarah and Ryan have a combined twenty years of experience of manual therapy. We are always striving to enhance our skills, hone in on our strengths and improve our practice. Osteopathy is a life long learning journey for us, and we hope to be still practicing and expanding into our hundredth year like some of our favourite mentors before us.

Your experience at Forest City Osteopathy should feel different. We aim to maintain a constant awareness of the interconnectedness of the body, and use this to guide the treatment plan. Each treatment is unique to the person and the day. We often ask the body, what is on the menu today.
